BBCP Return Idler Cage

Our Return Idler Cage is designed to overcome the safety hazard of a failed idler becoming a falling object, which could damage plant and equipment, or cause a fatality.

Some of the features of the BBCP Return Idler Cage include:

• The spacing between the rods is designed to be large enough to capture a failed idler whilst minimising material build-up inside the cage.
• The cage can be positioned at four different height options – the combined idler/cage mounting bracket have a series of holes for height adjustment.
• The mounting brackets are designed to match standard hole spacings so the BBCP Return Idler Cage can be retro-fitted to your existing conveyor with ease. There are also additional holes on the mounting brackets.

The BBCP Return Idler Cage is available to suit any belt width and can be supplied in:
