Belle Skirt Seal System

The Belle Skirt Seal system offers a premium skirt seal system for transfer points, in terms of longevity of seal, dust and fugitive material suppression.  The system comprises easily adjustable polyurethane blocks, mounted on stainless steel skirting support structure.  The modular design allows for retrofitting in existing transfer points, as well as providing a positive seal along the rear of loading chutes.

Installation of the system is simple, and wear of the skirt components can easily be maintained from outside of the chute without requiring access to the inside of the conveyor or transfer points.  The individual wear blocks can be changed out quickly, avoiding whole transfer chute seal rubber replacement or gaps at seal joints.

The Belle Skirt Seal System is available as standard 1000 mm long lengths.
