P Spray Secondary Belt Cleaners

The Belle Banne® P Spray Belt Cleaner combines a water spray bar with a P Belt Cleaner, which has been a successful secondary cleaner for over 30 years. The application of water to the belt prior to the belt cleaner greatly increases the belt cleaning efficiency, in the same way that water spray improves your vehicle windscreen wipers’ effectiveness. Teamed with a Belle Banne® primary cleaner, or by itself, it has proved effective in maintaining a clean conveyor belt across diverse applications.

Ideally positioned just back from the head pulley, the Belle Banne® P Spray Belt Cleaner is compact enough to fit in most chute applications and sits close enough to the pulley to ensure the material fines are directed back into the regular material flow.
