Water Control Manifold System

A BBCP water control manifold allows you to minimise water wastage, optimise pressure and reduce nozzle blockage on your water sprays. They are ideal for combined belt cleaner and spray systems such as a P Spray Belt Cleaner, or for stand-alone sprays. Equipped with standard ½” BSPT fittings, the water control manifold includes:

• Main ball valve for isolation supply
• Y strainer to minimise impurities blocking nozzles
• Pressure reducing valve to achieve the optimum spray volume
• Pressure gauge
• 24V solenoid valve
• Bypass valve

The water control manifold is suitable for potable water, recirculated mine water and seawater. Multiple sprays can be operated from a single water control manifold. The entire unit is mounted on a stainless steel backing plate and is available ex stock.
